Anabela Cardoso, a career Portuguese diplomat, has been recording voices directly from radios since 1997. She authored Electronic Voices: Contact with Another Dimension, and Electronic Contact with the Dead: What Do the Voices Tell Us? She is the founder of the ITC Journal.
