What Really Happens When We Die
Victor James Zammit has a B.A. in Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Education, M.A. in Legal History and Constitutional Law, Bachelor of Laws degree, and Ph.D. in law. He is a retired attorney (solicitor/barrister) of the Supreme Court of the New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
We know what happens when we die, with certainty. Victor will be speaking about how validated evidence taken from many different areas of credible afterlife investigation is in total agreement. This evidence that we live on after death completely contradicts some of the most commonly held beliefs about the afterlife including eternal damnation, deathbed repentance, and the last judgement.
The Fun of Living Together ~ How We Can at Last Fix America’s Racial Problems
Kelley Glover and Roberta Grimes
Attorney Roberta Grimes and her co-author, Kelley Glover, have determined that America’s racial issues entirely trace to our botched emancipation amid the chaos of a disastrous Civil War. And understanding what is wrong is half of fixing the problem! In this interactive workshop Roberta and Kelley will guide participants through a deeper understanding of how emancipation should have been done, how and why it failed, and why every attempt that has been made over the past 150 years to address the symptoms of our botched emancipation has failed to do much to make things better, and actually has spawned even more problems. Roberta and Kelley will explore what our options are, and why doing the right thing about race now is the single most productive action this country can take to create for all Americans a better future.
If not us, who? If not now, when?
Weighing of the Heart: What Happens in the Life Review?
The NDE opened his consciousness to intuitive communications, leading to mediumship abilities. Alan completed studies with the Morris Pratt Institute and Arthur Findlay College of Psychic Science. He now serves as research medium with the Consciousness Research Lab at IONS (Noetic.org) with Dr. Dean Radin, Ph.D and Dr. Arnaud Delorme, Ph.D. He also serves as a research medium with Dr. Gary Scwartz (University of Arizona). He is on the Board of Directors for both the International Association for Near Death Studies (IANDS.org) and the Academy for Spiritual and Consciousness Studies (ASCSI.org).
In his “Weighing of the Heart” presentation, Alan explains how the ancient Egyptian religion’s concept of weighing of the heart matches the life review, which has now been verified by our best NDE science. He also explains from the scriptures that Saint Paul talks about his personal near death experience on the road to Damascus (in 2 Corinthians 12), and even uses the phrase “out-of-body.”
Alan also describes how Job, in the oldest extant copies of the Hebrew scripture (Job 19:25 and following) appears to have a visceral knowledge of the near-death experience that later versions lose in translation. In most current translations, the NDE concept is lost entirely.
Finally, Alan will explain what our scientific data seems to show about the possibility of reincarnation and past lives. The re-entry of the soul into the body after an NDE is itself an act of re-incarnation. “Incarnation” is defined as “embodiment in the flesh,” so since the soul goes out of the body in the NDE, when it returns it actually re-incarnates.
Becoming the New Human
Jane Katra has a Ph.D. in public health from the University of Oregon where she taught in the 1980’s. Jane has also practiced as a spiritual healer since 1974, after receiving instructions during a near‑death experience. She is listed in Who’s Who of American Women, and is the author with physicist Russell Targ of the books Miracles of Mind: Exploring Nonlocal Consciousness & Spiritual Healing, and The Heart of the Mind: Using Our Mind to Transform Our Consciousness. Jane has given positive data in experiments of remote viewing and precognition; as well as of psychokinesis where she has influenced the path of photons in the double-slit experiment, the GSR and EEGs of people at a distance, and the randomness of moving dots on a computer monitor. She teaches classes in Awakening Energy Consciousness, and Experiencing Your Own Evolving Consciousness.
In this symposium presentation, she will show you how you can change yourself to have more love, joy, and peace by becoming a new human, inside. She will demonstrate the method during the presentation.
What the Dead Say About How We Should Live
Roberta Grimes is an attorney with small-business law practices in Texas and in Massachusetts. She graduated from Smith College as a religion major and then from Boston University School of Law, and she has spent most of her life studying and writing about death and the afterlife realities.
Roberta is the author of The Fun of Dying, The Fun of Staying in Touch, The Fun of Growing Forever, the Fun of Living Together, Liberating Jesus, Flying High in Spirit, and The Fun with Jesus Series for children.
During the symposium, Roberta will explain that she has discovered the dead tell us things about God, reality, death, the afterlife, and the meaning and purpose of our lives that are consistent over hundreds of communications received by various means for more than a century. Roberta will summarize for us what the dead tell they now wish they had known when they were where we are! She will show us what the dead say God is and is not, what we understand now about Jesus and other religious figures, what spirituality is, and how religions actually can make it harder for us to fulfill the great purpose for which we were born. The New Spirituality that is being revealed as we listen to the dead more carefully is going to transform the world for the better. Now the future begins!
